(PREDET)

The Progressive Enterprise-Skills Development Training (PREDET) Program is an intensive entrepreneurship skills training program designed to help participants who want to start a new business, grow an existing business, or make a substantial business pivot that requires viewing the business from a new perspective.

The program is designed to help young progressives understand the challenges and opportunities that can arise when embarking on a new business venture or leading a period of change within an organisation.

Visionary Speakers

The program will feature seasoned and world-class speakers from all business sectors across Africa to teach, inspire and coach the participants.

World-CLASS SESSIONS

Taught in a highly interactive, action-oriented workshop style, this program is a mix of lectures, case studies, team exercises, and coaching.

IN-DEPTH FIRE-SIDE CHATS

The program will also feature in-depth fire-side chats with successful entrepreneurs, founders, start-ups, and established venture capitalists

PTICH COMPETITION

The program hopes to feature a pitch competition, that will provide Seed funding of $5,000 for the winner and $3,000 for the runner-up!

Admission to the program is through a competitive process that assesses an applicant’s potential as an entrepreneur and their interest in the program. This is the first step in developing their tenacity, which will carry forward to their success in any of their ventures. We encourage young, progressive individuals from all backgrounds to apply and get to discover themselves in an environment with like-minded individuals who are at an early stage of their entrepreneurship journey.
