About Us

• The inception of the APC National Youth Wing dates back to the formation of the All Progressives Congress in 2013. Recognizing the importance of youth engagement in politics, the party established a dedicated wing to address the unique needs and aspirations of the Nigerian youth. Since its establishment, the Youth Wing has been led by dynamic and visionary individuals committed to harnessing the potential of young Nigerians in driving positive change. Notably, Hon. Ibrahim Dasuki Jalo-Waziri assumed the position of the first National Youth Leader in 2014, setting the tone for a vibrant and proactive youth wing, and moving to Hon Sodiq Abubakar and Hon Ismael Ahmed. In 2022, the leadership baton was passed to Dr. Dayo Israel-Abdulai, who brought fresh perspectives and renewed energy to the National Youth Wing. Under his stewardship, the Youth Wing has continued to be a driving force within the APC, contributing significantly to the success of the party in the 2023 elections.

Vision 

To be the leading force in mobilizing, empowering, and actively engaging the youth of Nigeria, shaping a future where they are integral contributors to the development and progress of the nation. We envision a strong and active youth wing with a membership base of over 40 million young Nigerians.

Goal

We want to contribute to the growth and development of the APC whose structure is supportive of, and welcoming to, the hopes and aspirations of young Nigerians.

Mission 

The APC National Youth Wing is committed to mobilizing, empowering, and aligning the youth with the party’s objective and the Renewed Hope agenda. We aim to create an environment where young people can actively participate in the political, economic, and social spheres, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the party and Nigeria as a whole.
